Caleb & Becca Palmer
Owners
Caleb & Becca love spending time on the water with friends and family. We bought Hullabaloo Outfitters to help others find the peace and joy that comes from letting the river wash your worries away. They live in Casper, Wyoming and have three amazing kids.
2026 Season Guides
Trina
Guide
Trina is a student at the University of Wyoming in Laramie studying nursing. She has worked as a lifeguard for several years and brings a love of the outdoors with her to the water.
Ethan
Guide
Ethan is studying computer science at UW, but during the summer you can find him around water. He has worked as a lifeguard for the City of Casper and is guiding for his second year with Hullabaloo Outfitters.
Drew
Guide
Drew will be a senior at Kelly Walsh High School in the fall. He splits his time between managing at Mike Sedar Pool and guiding people down the river with us.
Ava
Guide
Ava is heading into her senior year of high school and when she is not dancing she can often be found on a paddle board. She also helps with our social media and marketing.
